We're please to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days for unworn and unaltered sets. Upon receipt of your order, should the hair quality, color, or length be unsatisfactory, please email [email protected] to initiate the return process; we will be pleased to assist you.

Under these conditions, returns are accepted:

1. The items are not used, with their original status.

2. Within 30 days counted from the day package was delivered.

3. Item is not on a flash sale or limited sale

* Cancellations are accepted 48 hours of original purchase date if you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order. (please contact us at [email protected])

* Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
